New Features

  • Payments by Method is a new NEXT Payments report that splits payments by payment method, to show which methods approve and which ones decline.
  • Campaigns Cart SDK now builds address forms in each country's format with translated labels and error messages, so campaigns are localized for each market.
  • Merchants now get an email when a pre-dispute alert is matched to their payment and refunded automatically, to explain why the order was refunded.

Improvements

  • Creating a campaign in the Campaigns App has been simplified, with shipping methods and payment settings pulled from your store instead of set up by hand.
  • Shipping method settings have been redesigned to show destination countries and pricing for each currency, so global fulfillment setups are easier to understand.
  • Storefront pages now serve from cache when a link carries click IDs or UTM parameters, so visitors from paid traffic get the cached page.
  • Google Shopping feed now includes the sale price alongside the original price, so Merchant Center approves sale annotations on your products.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay payments now skip the fraud risk check, so wallet customers are not declined by a risk score.
  • Shop Sync now syncs Shopify refunds and removed line items, to keep fulfillment orders matched with the Shopify order.
  • Subscriptions on the Admin API now return bankcard_exp_month and bankcard_exp_year in payment_details, to show when the card on file expires.
  • Transactions on the Admin API now filter external_id by exact match, making it easier to find a single transaction.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the Klaviyo app missed the Added to Cart event on a shopper's first add-to-cart of a session.
  • Fixed an issue where shipping vouchers were rejected as not found when creating a cart or order on the Campaigns API.
  • Fixed an issue where the wrong shipping discount was applied when more than one offer matched the cart quantity.
  • Fixed an issue where two offers created at the same time on the Campaigns Admin API could receive the same ID.
  • Fixed an issue where shoppers paying with Affirm briefly saw an "All fields are required" message before being redirected.
