Standardized subscription cancellation reasons used across the platform
Subscription Cancellation Reasons
When a subscription is canceled — either by the customer via Customer Accounts or by a dashboard user — a cancellation reason is recorded. These reasons are standardized platform-wide.

unwanted_subscription | Didn't intend to sign up for a subscription |

disputed_cancel_recurring | Disputed cancel recurring |
schedule_ended | Subscription schedule ended |
other | Other |
When other is chosen during cancellation, the flow can capture a free-text reason in the customer's own words.
Cancellation reason data is aggregated in Subscription Reports and on the Subscriptions Dashboard.
